Quite literally the best matcha I've had so far in my life, and for it to be under $6 in this economy is crazy! I tried the matcha rose latte and it was suchhhh a treat. The rose flavor was very subtle yet complimented the creamy matcha so well. The matcha flavor was strong but just right! This was one of those drinks that I had to resist chugging. I was so impressed by the drinks, I came back the next day and tried their banana cream matcha. Even better! It's definitely sweeter than the matcha rose but who would've thought banana and matcha would go so well together?! and that's coming from someone who doesn't even like bananas. Tried a few pastries as well, including the strawberry croissant and cheesy hot dog. Both were good but I was more impressed by the drinks. The shop is quite small with basically no seating. Very cute and cozy. The workers were nice & were pretty quick with orders. I hear there's usually a line but we got lucky both times we went!

I've been wanting to try this place for a while because of the curry pan and cute desserts and aesthetic! Came in on a weekend at around noon and it was pretty busy but we didn't have to wait very long for our items. Service was friendly. There's two separate sections where you could order drinks and baked goods. Parking is a bit difficult in this area though just because there's so many businesses in this plaza and very little parking. What I ordered: -Curry Pan: This was actually so good! I liked the bread to curry ratio, it was a bit more bread than other curry pans that I've had before but I think that did well to mellow out the saltiness of the curry. The crisp on the outside was also perfect! Overall, this is a solid curry pan with a pretty large size! 4/5 -Chocolate Emoji: Honestly, I just got this because I wanted something sweet and it was so cute! It's a bun filled with custard and a chocolate sauce/pudding. This was good but nothing too special so I probably wouldn't get it again. 3/5 -Chai Latte: This was good but a little too much spices for my taste. I think I'm used to having some pretty watered down chai lattes so this was a bit too strong for me. I probably wouldn't get this again either. 2/5 Overall, I really liked the vibe of this place and the curry pan! Prices were about $4-5/baked good, which is decent. There were so many things that looked so good so it was really hard to decide what to get. That being said, I'm definitely down to try this place again!

So so good!!! Went around 10:30am on a Sunday and there was a pretty big line. Waited around 40 minutes. I got the matcha cold brew and it was soo good. The coffee was paired so nicely with the sweeter matcha cold foam. I also got a few breads like the salt & butter rolls and a curry bread. They had just run out of stock of the spicy curry bread but I definitely want to try that next time. The salt & butter rolls came out super hot and fresh. It seemed to have quite a bit of butter in it and the butter taste was prominent but still really good! Will be back.

Originally we stopped by this place to try the matcha drinks, but grabbed a spicy curry pan as well! The spicy curry pan was super solid! It was light and fluffy with a ton of that curry flavor & it wasn't too spicy either (coming from someone with relatively higher spice tolerance)! The matcha latte with banana cream was a little the more banana taste--it definitely overpowered the matcha unfortunately. The lids on the cups were a little difficult to actually drink together with the cream (so the proportions are a little off) & unfortunately there aren't any straws to combat this either :( Super solid bakery! I would love to try their other breads and the matcha latte without the banana cream next time!

Omg! I think I just found my MOST FAVORITE BAKERY in all of the US!!! I visited during a sleepy Thursday late morning. The line was snaking out the door upon arrival and I wasn't sure if anything was still available. It was worth the wait in line!! I managed to purchase Yaki pork bun, sausage bread, bacon bread, white cream bun, a dog cookie, and two different kinds of custard buns as well as curry pan. Every single items were absolutely delicious!! It was both fluffy and chewy + with wonderful savory or sweet flavors. Everything was just right. It's a shame I didn't buy 3-4 of each items during the visit. I can't wait to go back like TOMORROW just to get my fix. The hell with the 30 minutes drive or having to find street parking. It's well worth the efforts!

This bakery is very good, just don't get discouraged by the long line though. We came here in the morning and it was probably about a good 45 min wait, we ordered multiple pastries along with matcha latte. Matcha latte was pretty good and refreshing for a hot summer day. You really can't go wrong with any of their breads/pastries, I recommend their Everything Salt & Butter roll. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try some of their other popular selections since they were already "sold out" once you reach the register and depending on the pastry, you will have to wait for another batch to arrive (time varies, sometimes up to 30 min) Overall, prices are reasonable, credit cards are accepted, and there's street parking and parking structure nearby

Quintessential Japanese bakery and coffee spot, with what seems like a colonial era veneer. The vibe is a little frenetic only because it seems to be busy all the time. It's not a large space and I've only been here once, but it seems like half the space is dedicated to the coffee drinks and the other half is dedicated to the bakery items. The bakery items seem to be both a mix of sweet and savory. There's also a lot of merch for sale. I stopped by for a late afternoon pick me up. I usually usually just get regular coffee, but wanted a fun looking drink. I ordered the sea salt taro latte. It was delicious and didn't taste overly sweet. Would definitely love to return to try other coffee drinks and/or the various pastries that they have.

The cutest place with amazing pastries. The curry pan is a musttt, and the chocolate custard filled pastry is so good! Such a cute place. Not much sitting area, its more of a grab and go, But is a must try.
